We have a bunch of cool, new porn screenings coming up. It’s so amazing to see so many porn film festivals popping up. Screenings are an important step in normalising alternative genres of porn because putting content into the cinema setting allows the content to be given credibility by the institutions that allow the works to be screened.

Permission 4 Pleasure is screening at cinekink 2017

Cinekink is one of the worlds best kink and porn film festivals. These festivals are such important spaces for film makers and audiences alike because its a chance to come together in a public space and talk about porn, kink and queer life in a way that not a lot of other spaces afford us.

 

We are incredibly happy to have two of our films screening at Cinekink this year. Breathtaking and Having My Cake  at the 2017 cinekink.    We are screening Having My Cake this year as part of the sessions ‘Bring It’  which is ‘a dazzling array of talent from today’s adult cinema, working in a wide range of genres and visual styles, steps up with a hot sampling of their recent creative endeavors. And then the audience votes to determine the best”

and Breathtaking is part of the ‘surrender‘ session- this selection of shorts touches upon the exquisite moments of letting go, of giving oneself over completely to another.

We made two new poster, box art looks for each film for the release. We are so happy to have our work featured on Pink Label.

We at Permisson4Pleasure have proudly been featuring our work on PinkLabel for years, so seeing their new site was super exciting.

It was wonderful news to be informed that our film “Breathtaking” was the winner of the special mention in Fish & Chips Film Festival’s hard shorts competition! It’s always a special feeling to have your work recognised and appreciated.

Life of Bi is a 2016 short experimental film by Morgana Muses about the realities of living with Mental health issues. You can watch Life of Bi for free here or on YouTube.

 

This is my second visit to San Francisco but my first time attending an event on the top floor of the San Francisco Armory. I was attending the official launch of the crowd funding for the Devine Deviance Project…a project that is important to me and that I fully support as it will cover topics/themes that are very dear to me.

“Although Divine Deviance will be by, about, and for the Kink/BDSM/Fetish community, this film and web series is also for anyone interested in the diversity of human sexuality and the creation of brother- and sisterhood outside of blood family.”

My gorgeous friend Caritia and I put on a short performance for the crowd. I do believe that she may have enjoyed placing and removing the clothes pegs on me…a little too much! haha!

WOW, what a night and what an awesome experience! Joining me on stage at the Roxie Theater was my friend Caritia who was the emcee for the evening. Although, I always have a case of “stage fright” at public events, but I have to say that my favourite part of my public appearances is the interaction that I have with the audience members. I was overwhelmed by the outpouring of positivity in the feedback that I received.  It was wonderful to have a bunch of awesome friends join me too!

 

 

 

 

I’m honoured to have been asked to lend my support to Divine Deviance – A global Kink/BDSM/Fetish documentary project! This project is an international multi-part documentary project of epic proportions by and about the global Kink/BDSM/Fetish communities. The project is a very important one for me, as the themes and topics that they will tackle are very close to my heart and ones that I feel very passionate about.

I will be joining other international guests to attend the kick off  gala evening being held at the notorious top floor of the world famous Armory, San Francisco on 22nd September.
