Cast, crew, their partners and some friends, gathered mid afternoon on Saturday 2nd August to attend a pyjama themed party to celebrate the completion of Permission4Pleasure’s latest film…’A Call For Help.’ Performers, including myself, smiled bravely but were inwardly nervous as we prepared to watch ourselves perform on a big-ish screen. Viewing over, a collective sigh of relief as we all deemed the film a success, speeches made…all that was left now, was to relax and enjoy the party shenanigans!
On Saturday 26th July, I spent a lovely morning with some amazing women that were invited to participate in The Raw Women Project Challenge…to answer 4 simple questions…on camera…unprompted and without rehearsal. I had a most fun and empowering experience on Wednesday, 28 May… an interview and photo shoot for Raw Women. Rohana and Michael are such delightful and warm people, putting me at ease immediately. I particularly enjoyed the curious and baffled looks of the drivers passing by, before heading indoors for a semi nude shoot…posing and dancing to the music of Lady Gaga

It was in the final years of my sad and lonely marriage that I developed a designer shoe buying addiction. Each new purchase gave me a momentary high of happiness that I desperately craved for. It wasn’t too long before an unhealthy pattern was established. The high of searching, ordering and receiving a new pair of shoes, would turn into a low shortly after delivery. I began to feel ashamed and guilty about ‘wasting’ money on such a personal, frivolous and unnecessary item but I just couldn’t stop. Most times, I would barely look at the new pair before storing them away, never to be worn. Thankfully, although I still love shoes, my urge to buy them stopped shortly after leaving my marriage.
Today, I had a sudden urge to open up some of these boxes of shoes and try them on. It was wonderful to discover, that the pain the ‘addiction’ had caused me in the past was replaced with the pleasure of thinking what exciting outings these shoes were going to have…finally…with all of the new and wonderful people that have come into my life.

I nearly ‘squirted’ when I received the news early this morning that my first film “Duty Bound” and my first collaboration with Anna Brownfield, starring the amazing Zahra Stardust, “Music Box” have both been accepted by CineKink NYC, along with other talented Australian female filmmakers – Ms Naughty, Zahra Stardust and Gala Vanting.
Barely coming down from my ‘high’, from my films being accepted by CineKink NYC, I receive an email from DuskTV (The Netherlands) asking if I would consider signing a contract for “Duty Bound” and “Music Box”, to be broadcast throughout Europe…I have never replied, “Yes, of course!”, faster in my life.
Finally back home after a 2 week solo trip to Berlin. A purely indulgent holiday treat for myself and an opportunity to explore my kink curiosity and yearning. I have been aware that a ‘darker side’ of me existed for quite some time now but I never allowed myself to really give into it. I couldn’t imagine a better city than Berlin to begin my exploration… having met some incredible people and experiencing the most profound and pleasurable moments of my life, both emotionally and physically, during my visit.
On my days off, I enjoyed exploring the beautiful city and its surrounds, by foot and utilising it’s efficient public transport system. Spectacular Christmas Markets and with snow beginning to fall towards the end of my trip, this was as close to having a ‘White Christmas’, as I’ve ever experienced.

I love the new lady in my life!
My first tattoo and my permanent reminder that new beginnings are worth fighting for. Plus I got a gold star from the tattoo artist for being the perfect client. She did a test spot and asked how it felt. My response was. “Oh, that’s quite nice” and then proceeded to have a nap, lulled by the hum of the drill….it was done in no time.
A long, exhausting but exciting 15 hour day of shooting with Anna Brownfield, marked the beginning of our first collaboration, “Music Box”, starring Zahra Stardust. A few months earlier, after discovering that both of us were like minded but ‘time poor’ with juggling careers and children, we decided to join forces and produce unique, creative and thought provoking erotic films. It’s worth mentioning, that Anna also brings to this partnership…amazing boobie squeeze hugs and mouth watering baking skills!
